01 · Overview
A corporate challenge inside every Primal race
The Primal Corporate Challenge lets companies enter their employees in Primal, the hybrid fitness race. Staff race in the division that suits them, alone, in pairs or in teams. Every employee who finishes scores for their company on the Primal corporate leaderboard.
Companies are ranked at every race and across the full season. The company at the top of the season table takes the title of Primal Corporate Champion.

02 · The race
Eight stations, with a 400m run after each one
Roughly 3.2km of running in total, with standardised judging at every station. The order, the course and the movement standards are identical in every city, so a time set in Abu Dhabi stands against a time set in Johannesburg.

Every corporate entry, in every division, counts towards your company's score.

The Relay
Four colleagues, two stations each
The Relay is the easiest way to bring a whole team, because nobody races the full course alone. Each athlete runs 400m after each of their stations.

03 · Scoring and recognition
One leaderboard across every city and the whole season
City table
At every Primal race, companies are ranked on the points their employees score that day.
Season table
Points carry from race to race across the 2027 season, so a company with offices in several Primal cities adds every result together.
Participation table
A separate ranking for the company that puts the most employees across the finish line, in each city and across the season.
The leaderboard is live on race day and published on primalrace.info after every race.
Every finisher scores, and the fastest score more
- 01 A team or pair scores once, as one entry.
- 02 Each company's best 10 entries at a race make up its city score, so a company of 50 competes on equal terms with a company of 5,000.
- 03 Every entry counts towards the participation table.

What is at stake
The Primal Corporate Cup
In every city
The top company on the city table holds the Primal Corporate Cup until Primal returns to that city. The top company on the participation table receives the Primal Participation Award.
Across the season
The company at the top of the season table at the end of 2027 is named Primal Corporate Champion, receives the Champion's trophy and is presented on stage at the final race of the season.

Register your company
Choose your race, your level of support and your number of entries. Your company page goes live.

Name a captain
Your captain shares the company link and colleagues sign up to their division.

Prepare
Every entrant receives the training plan, station guide and movement standards for their division. Programme and Enterprise companies add a coach-led build-up.

Race day
Your company races in corporate heats, with your name on the live leaderboard.

Report
Within 14 days you receive your results, your leaderboard position and your company report.
The team captain
One captain runs it for the company
The captain is your company's single point of contact. They build the company team, share the sign-up link, keep colleagues on track and lead the company on race day.
Every captain receives a captain's pack: an announcement to send to staff, a sign-up guide, the training plan, the station guide and a race-day checklist. A named lead at Primal supports the captain from registration to results.

- A participation rate by department, site and level.
- A time and a position for every employee and every team, on the same course your other offices race.
- Your company's place on the city, season and participation tables.

- A shared goal that brings departments, offices and levels onto one start line.

Race day for companies
Corporate entries start together in dedicated corporate heats. A heat holds 10 entries, one for each lane of equipment, so an Enterprise company with 10 entries has a start of its own.
Programme and Enterprise companies have a branded company area at the venue, where colleagues, families and clients watch and celebrate after the race. Enterprise companies can host clients and enter client teams in their own heat.

The same operator and the same standard in every city
Primal is built and run by Precision Events, the team behind corporate sport and fitness events across the Gulf, including a corporate day for 500 Atkins employees.
The same team delivers the course, the judging, the timing, the medical cover and the company experience in every Primal city, so your offices race the same event wherever they are.
